BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

  • ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.

  • A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION BEFORE RECEIVING ADVANCED TREATMENTS.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 48 HOURS' NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, A 48-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED; OTHERWISE, A PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED. PAYMENT AND A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE YOU CAN BOOK YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.

  • LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS WILL RESULT IN A 100% SERVICE CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE.

  • ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE MAY REQUIRE RESCHEDULING AND COULD RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR SELECT SERVICES AND WILL GO TOWARD THE TOTAL COST OF THE APPOINTMENT. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR FIRST-TIME GUESTS.

  • WE ACCEPT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, AND AFTERPAY (SUBJECT TO A PROCESSING FEE).

  • A 3% CARD PROCESSING FEE APPLIES TO ALL CARD TRANSACTIONS. THIS FEE HELPS KEEP THE COST OF SERVICES LOW.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL—WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON TREATMENTS OR PRODUCTS.

  • IF YOU HAVE A REACTION OR CONCERN, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN ASSIST YOU.

  • UNOPENED PRODUCTS MAY BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

ACNE ACADEMY & TREATMENT PLANS

  • CLIENTS ENROLLED IN ACNE ACADEMY MUST ADHERE TO THEIR CUSTOMIZED TREATMENT PLAN FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS.

  • REGULAR FOLLOW-UPS AND ADJUSTMENTS TO HOME CARE ARE ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS.

  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS, AS SKIN HEALTH DEPENDS ON COMPLIANCE WITH RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS, LIFESTYLE ADJUSTMENTS, AND INDIVIDUAL FACTORS.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • CLIENTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT.

  • MINORS (UNDER 18) MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY CONTAGIOUS SKIN CONDITIONS, COLD SORES, OR ILLNESS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • PLEASE DISCLOSE ANY ALLERGIES, MEDICAL CONDITIONS, OR RECENT COSMETIC PROCEDURES BEFORE TREATMENT.

  • IF YOU ARE ILL AND NEED TO RESCHEDULE (AND ARE ALREADY WITHIN THE 48-HOUR PERIOD), YOU MAY DO SO WITHOUT PENALTY ONLY IF YOU RESCHEDULE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE.

  • WE HAVE RECENTLY SWITCHED TO ALL DIGITAL FOR CONSENT FORMS! PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE APPROPRIATE CONSENT FORM FOR YOUR SERVICE TO MAXIMIZE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

  • SOMETIMES, THIS WILL MEAN YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT 2+ FORMS AS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A NEW ONE FOR EACH SERVICE.
